2018 VICTIM ADVOCATE TRAINING
MADD, in partnership with the North Carolina Conference of District Attorneys, is providing Legal Assistants and Victim Service Coordinators with a training opportunity through MADD’s Victim Advocate Training Institute. This two-day training will provide a foundation of knowledge and advocacy tools to prepare for personal interactions with victims of impaired driving. Successful completion of this course will assist you in providing emotional support and other services to victim/survivors as they move along on their healing journey.

Rate: $71.20 / night (plus taxes)
*Must cancel reservation 48 hours prior to check-in to recieve refund.
REIMBURSEMENT: To be eligible for reimbursement of meals, and hotel expenses you must be in overnight status (35 miles away from your home or duty station, whichever is closer). If you are not in overnight status, you will only be reimbursed for mileage. Reimbursement forms will be given out upon arrival with instructions on what you may or may not claim to be reimbursed.
